HAZWOPER training in Midland Texas
40 Hour In-Person $450 ea – Call to Sign up
This is a 5 day program to satisfy OSHA’s requirement for off-site training for workers in Hazardous waste operations. The class is located in Midland-Claydesta and delivered via CBT and an onsite instructor to answer questions. Following completion of the course, each successful student receives a certificate showing that the 40 hour training has been completed. Annual 8 hour refresher training is required by OSHA.
24 Hour In-Person $300 ea – Call to Sign up
The 24 hour training is a 3 day program in Midland Texas to satisfy OSHA’s requirements for classroom training for oilfield workers in HAZWOPER. This class is also delivered in Midland-Claydesta via CBT and an onsite instructor to help students. Following completion of the course, each successful student receives a certificate showing that the 24 hour training has been completed. OSHA requires annual refresher training.
8 Hour Refresher In-Person $150 ea – Register Online
The 8 hour HAZWOPER refresher is a full day program in Midland Texas to serve as a refresher for current holders of HAZWOPER 8, 24, or 40 hour certificates in West Texas. The refresher training is given in Midland-Claydesta via CBT with an instructor available to answer student questions. This class is designed to satisfy OSHA requirements for annual HAZWOPER refresher training in Midland Texas.
40 Hour Online $275 – Sign up Online
This is a 40 hour take-at-your-own-pace program for Online HAZWOPER training. This is an online class with email and instructor messaging to answer questions. This course should take a minimum of 5 days, however students may stop and start as often as they want but should not take more than 6 months to finish the course. Annual 8 hour refresher training is available online as well.
24 Hour Online $200 – Sign up Online
The online 24 hour HAZWOPER training is provided by Oilfield Training Online. You should expect to spend at least 3 days to complete this training. This is a course that you can start and stop at any time on your own schedule. The 24 hour HAZWOPER online training is specifically designed for Permian Basin oil and gas workers who are too far from Midland to make it in for their classes.
8 Refresher Online $99 – Sign up Online
Online refresher training is required for those holding current HAZWOPER certificates. The online course has a messaging system available for students to ask questions. Make sure to email a copy of your current HAZWOPER 24 or 40 hour card to the instructor to show current validity.
On-Site field Supervision (3day) *E-Mail for Availability
For HAZWOPER workers, OSHA requires 1 or 3 days of supervised field training following their 24 or 40 hour HAZWOPER courses. This training must be done onsite “under the direct supervision of a trained experienced supervisor” according to OSHA 1910.120
